Dale White’s passion for travel began early. At just 11 years old, he left home to live with a French family on a school exchange program—an experience that opened his eyes to new cultures, new perspectives, and a much bigger world than he had ever imagined. That first adventure sparked a lifelong love of exploration that has shaped every step of his journey.

As he grew older, two passions—travel and soccer—became the driving forces in his life. They eventually brought him to the United States, where the game of soccer opened doors to new friendships, opportunities, and ultimately, a new home. It was here that Dale began guiding teams and organizations across the globe, helping others experience the same sense of discovery that defined his own childhood.

From that foundation, Complete Group Travel was born.
What started as a small idea has grown into a trusted travel company that has now planned trips in 25 countries, creating unforgettable experiences for teams, schools, clubs, senior groups, and community organizations. Dale brings a hands-on approach to every itinerary, shaped by decades of coaching, global travel, and a genuine commitment to helping people see the world together.

Today, Dale leads Complete Group Travel with the same excitement he felt as an 11-year-old stepping off that plane in France. His mission is simple:
