Nathaniel Thomas

Nathaniel Thomas brings a unique combination of travel expertise, technology, and communications experience to CGT. Since joining the team, he has played an integral role in expanding the company’s group and team travel services while helping modernize the traveler experience. Nathaniel spearheaded the implementation of CGT’s CRM and itinerary platform, Tern, and helped develop and launch the company’s new website in January 2026.

As CGT’s flights specialist, Nathaniel manages complex group airfare logistics and works closely with airlines and travel partners to create efficient travel solutions for clients. He also coordinates travel for collegiate athletic programs, managing airfare, accommodations, ground transportation, and other logistics for teams traveling to competitions throughout the country.

Nathaniel specializes in Western Europe and North America and enjoys creating customized travel experiences that balance thoughtful planning with the freedom to explore. His firsthand travel experience includes trips to Italy, Scotland, and England, giving him a personal perspective that he brings to planning international travel.

A 2023 graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Nathaniel holds a degree in Strategic Communications with minors in Digital Media Production and Journalism. He is also pursuing his Certified Travel Associate (CTA) designation through The Travel Institute. Nathaniel currently resides in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
